The geometry of the MaxiCut cutting head combines the advantages of a forstner bit with those of a machine bit to guarantee the fastest cutting performance compared to other forstner bits. The self-cutting centre point reduces cutting effort and increases cutting speed and the chip breaker design ensures smaller chips for faster cutting and removal. Extensions and morse taper adaptors are available featuring the unique Rotastop shank system, which locks and unlocks quickly and easily in a MaxiCut extension rod. The extension rods are available in 90mm, 150mm and 270mm lengths and can also be fitted into a chuck or into one of the MaxiCut morse taper adaptors.
