Wealden launch range of PCD cutters

Following on from their enlarged range of CNC parts and accessories, Wealden have just launched a range of high quality PCD cutters.  Made in Europe the cutters feature micro-polished poly crystalline diamond tips.

The range includes a bookcase strip compression cutter, a down-shear 2 Flute cutter and a range of spiral compression cutters.


The PCD cutters are available to buy on line from the Wealden website.

Wealden enlarge CNC accessory range

The ever-increasing range of CNC parts and accessories stocked by Wealden now includes not only collets in ER and OZ series, but also tool holders, collet nuts, pull studs, wrenches and tool holder assembly devices.

All collet nuts are balanced and available either standard or ball bearings types.  The pull studs are available in five different types to suit different CNC machines.  Wrenches are available in standard and torque versions and two heavy-duty assembly devices suit either ISO30 or HSK63 holders.

The CNC accessories are available to buy on line from the Wealden website, as are the CNC collets.

New Butt Beading cutter added to Wealden's range of routers

Wealden have just designed a bearing-guided two flute cutter to produce a butt and bead profile for making butt and bead boarding.

Available in three bead sizes, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm and two shank sizes, 8mm and 1/2", the Butt Bead cutters are available to buy on line from the Wealden website.

Arris Rounding cutter latest addition to Wealden's range

Wealden have just designed a two flute TC tipped cutter especially to remove the arris from timber, but with a taper after the radius to produce a soft edge to the cut.  This design helps produce a smooth cut without the need for any additional finishing.

Narrow kerf blades added to Wealden's sawblade ranges

Just arrived into stock is a range of narrow kerf sawblades for use in portable plunge saws, such as the TS55 and TS75.  These high quality blades are of German manufacture with a kerf size of 2.4mm.

Replaceable tip worktop cutter new at Wealden

Another new cutter in Wealden's range is a single flute replaceable tip worktop cutter with a relieved neck, which allows cuts of up to 58mm in a series of passes.  The turnover blades have two cutting edges, making the tool more economical in daily use.

Supplied complete with a blade and key, the range is available to buy online from Wealden's website with blades and keys as spares.

CNC woodworking collets now in stock at Wealden

In response to customer requests and to enlarge their growing range of CNC tooling, Wealden have added an extensive range of woodworking collets.

The range includes ER20, ER25, ER32 and ER40 collets in both metric and Imperial sizes, together with a more limited range of ORT collets and HSK tool holders.
