New Profile/Counter Profile block added to Wealden's spindle range

Wealden's latest spindle block is a multi-profile cutter head for producing cabinet doors.  In response to requests from customers for a profile block to cut a wider groove to accommodate thicker panels, this block has a 6.5mm tongue.  The groove produced will accommodate panels of, for example, 6mm veneered MDF.

A design unique to Wealden, the block is of high quality Italian manufacture and available in both 30mm and 1-1/4" bore sizes.  Manufactured to EN847-1/2 it is therefore suitable for hand feeding and is designed for use on timbers between 24mm and 32mm in thickness.
